Two Year Hardscape Warranty

At Emma's Garden, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our hardscape workmanship. Our team of technicians is not only educated and certified but also highly trained to meet our exceptionally high standards of service. Our full-time office staff is always ready to assist, knowledgeable, and responsive. We are dedicated to providing you with the best care and support. Should any issues arise within the first two years following your hardscape installation, rest assured that we will be there to assist you – at no additional cost.

Every paver patio and retaining wall installation by Emma's Garden comes with a two-year warranty. This warranty commences from the date of completed construction and remains valid for two years. All materials are guaranteed as per the manufacturer's specifications. The warranty covers any broken or cracked pavers damaged during installation, as well as issues such as loose pavers, loose edge restraints, and settlement of pavers exceeding 3/8” compared to adjacent pavers, walls, or stair treads. Should your new pavers sink or settle within five years post-installation, we will return to repair them free of charge.

Warranty Terms

  1. The warranty is void if alterations or changes are made to the paver system by anyone other than Emma's Garden.

  2. Emma's Garden's warranty does not cover naturally occurring efflorescence of pavers, stains, or any damage due to uncontrollable circumstances.

  3. The warranty is void if high-pressure water is used to clean the surface or joint lines of the pavers.

  4. Additional joint sand is not covered by the warranty.

  5. The warranty is void if new excavation, digging, or soil removal occurs within 4 feet of the finished paver system.

  6. Damage or lifting caused by existing tree roots to the interlocking paver system is not covered.

  7. Natural occurrences and acts of God are not covered by the warranty.

  8. Shifted or sunken pavers due to improper use, such as vehicles or lawn mowers driving on or off the edges, are not covered.

  9. If requested, we will reset edge restraints in mulch beds affected by deep freezes once during the warranty period.

  10. Late Payment: All final payments are due upon completion of work. Late payments will result in the termination of the warranty.

  11. The warranty does not include dusting, pitting, or efflorescence.



It is the customer’s responsibility to locate, clearly identify, and notify Emma's Garden of all underground conduits, wiring, pipes, septic systems, etc. Emma's Garden is not responsible for any damage to such underground utilities.


Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period. Repairs will be conducted by Emma's Garden or our approved sub-contractors, and we will cover the costs. If another company is chosen for repairs, we will not compensate for the repair, and the warranty will be void. All repairs will be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

While we strive to match material color as closely as possible in repairs, some variation may occur.

All construction shall, unless otherwise specified, carry a two-year warranty from the invoice date on materials and workmanship, excluding neglected maintenance, misuse, vandalism, or damage from acts of God. Manufacturers’ warranties, where applicable, also apply.

All materials are warranted as specified, and all work will be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alterations or deviations from the above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an additional charge over the estimate. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. All our personnel are fully covered by Workmen’s Compensation Insurance. Emma's Garden is a fully insured contractor.
